Cancellation Policy

Please give us 7 days notice for cancellations or reschedules.

With our "rescheduling assurance policy", you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or an emergency without losing any money. We will simply issue you a credit and reschedule. We believe in protecting our customers and giving them peace of mind, so you’ll never incur any charges or hidden fees. ‍

Deposits are non-refundable, they are however transferable, so if you need to change the time, day, location, or type of party package, please call as soon as possible to see how we can accomodate the change.

We understand it rains at unpredictable times.  We will try to reschedule during rainy days as long as you call us 4 hours before the party.  

​

If a party is rained out part way through, we can appreciate the situation and give discounts on partial parties.
